Heritage Property Development LLC — has received the Texas HUB Certification from the state of Texas Comptroller’s Office.
A HUB-certified business (defined as historically underutilized business) is one whose principal place of business is in Texas; is at least 51 percent owned by an Hispanic-American, Native American, African-American, Asian Pacific American and/or American woman who resides in Texas; and who actively participates in the control, operations and management of the entity’s business affairs.
